2013 Midland County Fair Camp Sites
 
Camp Site fee is due by or before MARCH 1ST,  regardless of the day of the week it falls on.
 
Camp Sites that have not been  pre-registered will go on sale Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.  We will be using a lottery system to sell these available lots. Entry deadline for the lottery is by or before May 31, 2013. (Office Hours are M-F 9am to Noon & 1pm to 4:30pm) The office will be closed Monday, May 27, 2013 in observance of Memorial Day.

There is a $20.00 fee to sign up. You can only sign up once for the lottery.  This deposit will go toward the purchase of the lot, which is $65.00
You must be 18 years old to buy a lot. Each person is only allowed to purchase one lot.
You or a representative must be here at the time of the drawing.  If you are not present for the drawing,  your deposit is non refundable.
If your name is drawn and you do not want a lot, you will forfeit your deposit.
The balance of the price of the lot must be paid at the time of the drawing.
If you would like to switch your existing lot, you must have your name in the drawing. If your name is drawn & you do not want to switch, your money will not be refunded.
If no lots are available for all in the drawing, the remaining names will be placed on a waiting list through the conclusion of the fair.  If at which time you did not receive a lot, a refund will be issued after fair. Refunds will not be issued unless you did not receive a lot.
If you are in the lottery & want to switch with another camper it must be done starting the day after the lottery.
A new drawing will start after the current year fair.

2013 Midland County Fair Books and Entries
 
2013 Fairbooks will be mailed in June.  The Fair Office will start taking entries on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m..
Fair entries MUST be made before July 25, 2013.
