The Midland Fairgrounds welcomes property for Winter storage each year in late October. The buildings can accommodate varying quantities of campers, boats, pontoons, cars, trucks, and more.
2022-2023 All Winter Storage Customers must have a reservation in advance of bringing property to store with us. If you have not yet filled out your Winter storage agreement form and paid your $100 deposit, please contact our office to see if there is still space available for your property Midlandfair@midlandfair.net. ***Trailer/5th Wheel/Camper/Motor Home storage options for this season are completely full for Indoor and Covered Reservations*** We are still accepting reservations for Outdoor storage of these properties.
There are limited reservations available for indoor storage of smaller low-profile equipment such as pontoons, jet skis, small boats, pop-ups, and cars and other vehicles. Please contact our office if you would like to secure a reservation for this type of equipment storage, or if filled, be added to our wait list.

Pricing for 2022-2023 Storage space: $15/ft. Indoor storage (Limited availability) $13/ft. Covered storage(Full for the season) $10/ft. Outside storage (Available)
Proper storage measurements are important If your item arrives and is not measured properly there may be a fee assessed.
Proper Measurement is Tip to Tip, measure to the closest half ft. rounding up. Examples:
Tip of the hitch to the bumper of the trailer
Cars bumper to bumper
Camper front of goose neck anything that protrudes outside the trailer that you want stored (examples motors, bike racks, flag poles etc. Anything attached that expands the length of storage square foot needed to safety store your equipment)
-Not the advertised length of boat -Not floor dimensions of 5th wheel We need to know actual space it will take up for storage. Improper measurements makes for loss in available storage space and poor planning. Thank you for your understanding.
All property is stored by type and aligned to building by size. We will be contacting storage customers from 2022 who have stored certain types of property (motorhomes, cars, pontoons, pop-ups, and boats) in certain buildings to reserve space for 2023. There will be very limited storage availability for fifth wheels and some campers.
All storage is done by reservation.
Important Dates: May 31st Previous year customer who wish to reserve their storage space with us for the following year.
Have until May 31st to confirm your reservation to keep your storage space for the following season.
Confirmed reservation means storage agreement is completed and signed and $100 nonrefundable deposit collected. (Cash, Check, or Credit)
If not confirmed by this date then the space will be released for potential sale to our waitlist
Storage Intake Dates: All Winter Storage Customers must have a reservation in advance of bringing property to store with us October 31st 2022- November 11th 2022 (M-F 9:00 AM-4:00 PM) *Cars only have the option to arrive early on October 27th & October 28th 2022.*
Storage Removal Dates: March 27th 2023 – April 7th 2023 (M-F 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) You will need to call in advance to have an appointment to pick up your property Intake Process: Customers who have paid their deposit and have a confirmed reservation should make final payment to our office by Friday October 21st 2022. When final payment is made the storage tag can be picked up at our office or mailed upon request. When bringing the property onto the grounds for storage please practice caution and follow the signs and instructions on where to park property by type.
Removal of Property: Owner must remove the stored property from Fairgrounds between Monday March 27, 2023 and Friday April 7, 2023. If owner does not remove the stored property on or before April 7, 2023, a a fee of $10.00 per day will be charged.
Winter storage is dormant storage meaning we do not move anything once it is put away and we are not able to function as a workshop for property that needs to be serviced. If you know you need your property before the exit period, notify the staff upon arrival so it can be tagged and stored properly. No refunds or adjustments will be made to customers who remove storage early. Additional charges of $200.00 will apply for property that must be removed during the storage season.
