Entry Forms and Stall Requests
Fair entries and stall sheets will be accepted starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026 in the Fair Office. Entries will be taken at the Youth Office starting July 6, 2026. All Fair entries and stall sheets MUST be made on or before
July 18, 2026 (Regardless of day of the week). No exceptions to the deadline.

Space Assignment Forms:
All Space Assignment Forms Must be turned in with Entry Forms. A Space Assignment form is needed for every animal exhibited at the Midland Fair.
(This form is only for those animals not exhibited as a "Youth Project")

Camping At Midland Fair
Campsite renewal fees for Fair week are due on or before March 1st regardless of the day of the week it falls on.
We will be using a lottery system to sell any designated available campsites. Entry deadline for the lottery is on or before Friday, May 29, 2026. Office hours are M-F 8:30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4:30pm. The camping Lottery takes place Wednesday, June 3, 2026 inside the Gerstacker Fair Center. Any remaining campsites after the Lottery takes place are then available to go on sale June 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Fair Office.
Click on the documents links below to review the lottery process, the camping policy and the golf cart/vehicle policy which are in place at the Midland County Fairgrounds. Any golf cart/vehicle, if on the fairgrounds, shall require a permit at a cost of $100.00 purchased at the Fair Office.
Golf cart/vehicle rules, as posted in the fair book and on the website, are in effect Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and enforceable when the vehicle is unloaded at the fairgrounds.
Sanitation Pump Out will be available during fair by Guiett's Porta Johns
- Contact the provider at 989-423-8702 for pump out services each morning in the campground.
