The purchase of a Memorial Bench includes one bench and one personalized plaque. Please note that the Midland County Fairgrounds is not responsible for replacing benches or plaques due to damage, theft, weathering, or normal wear and tear over time. If the bench or plaque becomes unsafe or unusable, it may be removed and will not be reinstalled or replaced. If, in the future, the plaque becomes sun-faded or no longer meets your expectations, a replacement plaque of the same dimensions and style may be purchased separately. This is a one-time purchase and is valid only for the lifespan of the original bench while it remains in safe, usable condition.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued.
